Well, yes, what would be if Izaya is a woman?
As what Izaya is, I guess 'she'd' try to harass Shizuo like that, oh yes.
And the result is, Shizuo's expression = horror + angry + all kind of mixed feelings at the same time...
I've drawn this long ago, but didn't dare to post it before, coz' I think fangirls will kill me for what I did to Shizuo's face.
Now that I've done it, haha, why there's a lot of girls coming this way bringing cleaver along... ahahaha...

p/s: Anyone can detect where this expression come from? If you could then you guys are truly awesome.
Tried to use Hokuto no Ken parody face but I change it later.
